General Terms and Conditions for private consumers

1. Area of Application
For all orders via our online shop the following Terms and Conditions apply.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchasing contract is concluded with Fun4u Sportproduktion GmbH[U1] . By placing the products in the online shop we make a binding offer regarding these items. You can place our products without obligation in your shopping cart and change your entries any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrections, which are provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button and accepting the offer regarding the items in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order you will receive an email order confirmation.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:

If you selected payment method PayPal, then the contract is concluded when confirming payment authorization at PayPal.
If you selected payment method Direct eBanking, then the contract is concluded when confirming payment authorization at SOFORT AG.
The contract language is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions via email. You can access the Terms and Conditions also on this page. For security reasons, your previous orders are no longer accessible via the Internet. Payment processing and invoicing is affected via MME-Internettechnik, proprietor Mark Meyer-Eppler, Altenhöferallee 19, 60438 Frankfurt am Main.
3. Terms of Delivery
In addition to the specified product prices you will be charged shipping costs. Details regarding the amount you will find with the offers. We only deliver by shipment. Unfortunately, collection by the customer is not possible.
4. Payment
In our shop the following payment methods are available:

Direct eBanking:
If you select payment method Direct eBanking, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and we will ship the goods after receipt of payment.

You pay the invoiced amount via the online service provider PayPal. Generally, you have to be registered or register before authorizing payment with your credentials (exception guest account). You will receive further details during the order process.

Cash on Delivery:
You pay the invoiced amount to the carrier of the package upon receipt of the goods.
5. Retention of Title
The goods will stay our property until paid in full.
6. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, then you have to claim such defects immediately with the carrier, if possible, and contact us. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences with regard to your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you would help us to claim our rights from the carrier or respectively his transport insurance.
